How to use

Baby-massage-step-1
 CHEST – Make sure that your baby is comfortable, warm and relaxed. Place both of your hands gently together in the middle of your baby’s chest. Stroke outwards from middle to shoulders. Trace a heart shape, moving your hands up towards baby’s shoulders, around, down and back together.

ARMS & LEGS – Make a loose circle C-shape around your baby’s arm or leg with your forefinger and thumb. Use a very gentle pulling motion to pull downward towards baby’s foot or hand, as though you were milking a cow. Repeat this motion several times.
Baby-massage-step-3
FEET – Next, cradle your baby’s foot in your hands. Use your thumbs to stroke over the sole of the foot, from heel to toes, one thumb after another. This can be done on the top of your baby’s foot. Then gently squeeze and rub each toe between your thumb and finger.
Baby-massage-step-4
BACK – Using your fingertips to stroke gently up and down either side of your baby’s spine from waist to shoulder. Remember to always keep one hand on your baby whilst massaging.

    When do I get it?

    B•O•N makes use of The Courier Guy to deliver packages within South Africa.

    Our standard delivery makes use of The Courier Guy’s Economy Service.

    We strive to dispatch your B.O.N Box within 24 hours of completing, processing, and packing your order. Delivery is within 48 – 72 hours for local deliveries and 3 – 5 working days for outlying areas.

    When we ship your order, we will provide you with a tracking number from The Courier Guy. You can use this tracking number on The Courier Guy online parcel tracking web page. Alternately, you can also contact The Courier Guy call center on +27 10 222 2300 or email them at jhb@thecourierguy.co.za.

    Should you require delivery sooner than that offered by Economy Service, The Courier Guy offers the following additional options:

    NORMAL AIR

    Applies mainly to those consignments which are heavy or bulky and which are not urgently required the next morning. Delivery is normally within 24 to 36 hours. Deliveries to regional centres will take approximately 48 to 96 hours depending on the situation.

    OVERNIGHT COURIER

    Delivery by 11:00am Next Business Day. Applies only to major centres i.e. Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth, and Pretoria etc. Please Note: *If a specific time is required for the consignment to be delivered by kindly state this very clearly on the waybill under the remarks section stating the time which it must be delivered.
