If you start to feel that dry scratchy pre-cold niggle in your nasal cavity or the back of your throat, pour two drops of Eucalyptus oil onto the palm of your hand. Rub the oil over your palm, then cup your hands close to your nose and breathe in gently and deeply, two or three times.
This will help fight and soothe any cold and flu symptoms.
Mix 3ml of eucalyptus oil in 30 ml of shampoo. Shampoo the hair and then wrap head in a bath towel for 10 minutes. Remove towel, rinse hair well and then comb out with a nit comb to help remove eggs. Repeat as required.
Mix eucalyptus oil together with a carrier oil such as almond or olive for a soothing massage. Also useful for skin irritations such as scaling, flaking and itching.
