Our standard delivery makes use of The Courier Guy’s Economy Service.
We strive to dispatch your B.O.N Box within 24 hours of completing, processing, and packing your order. Delivery is within 48 – 72 hours for local deliveries and 3 – 5 working days for outlying areas.
When we ship your order, we will provide you with a tracking number from The Courier Guy. You can use this tracking number on The Courier Guy online parcel tracking web page. Alternately, you can also contact The Courier Guy call center on +27 10 222 2300 or email them at jhb@thecourierguy.co.za.
Should you require delivery sooner than that offered by Economy Service, The Courier Guy offers the following additional options:
NORMAL AIR
Applies mainly to those consignments which are heavy or bulky and which are not urgently required the next morning. Delivery is normally within 24 to 36 hours. Deliveries to regional centres will take approximately 48 to 96 hours depending on the situation.
OVERNIGHT COURIER
Delivery by 11:00am Next Business Day. Applies only to major centres i.e. Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth, and Pretoria etc. Please Note: *If a specific time is required for the consignment to be delivered by kindly state this very clearly on the waybill under the remarks section stating the time which it must be delivered.
